Boot Camp – Fun on the Beach
It is never too late to start or continue the exercise. Enjoy spots along the Beachwalk like Miami Beach Boot Camp on 64th and 21st Street.
The Beach Workouts program is offered “in nature, using the sand as our apparatus, the breeze as our fuel, and our hearts as our purpose. Interval training, yoga, tai chi, etc.”
You will be challenged in new ways, all while enjoying the beauty of the ocean and the open air. Balance, stability, cardio, and circuit classes offer a chance to work, breathe, plant, move and have fun on the dynamic sandy surface.
The only equipment you need is your body, a mat, and a water bottle. All participants are welcome and can get in a good workout regardless of age or ability. Workouts are donation-based so come, experience the beach, and donate from your heart.”
